Even in 2025, legal proceedings should be taken very seriously. "Default" of any contract or agreement has always been frowned upon. Default of any Notice and Summons, including default of any local rules, pertinent or material to any legal proceeding, is not taken lightly by LEGAL BEEGLE; any and all legal avenues are sought to obtain its proper and lawful entry.

 

Wrong is wrong. Unlawful is unlawful. Defense attorneys, falsely denying all allegations, challenged to defend a guilty Defendant, in any action, should expect appropriate legal challenge of any defense.

 

Disputes should be able to be resolved outside of legal proceedings respectfully, and with a win/win outcome for all parties involved; should that not be the case, leniency, sympathy, nor mercy should be expected from LEGAL BEEGLE.

Civil legal proceedings are an option where intentional acts, violations, and omissions, against or prohibited, by law, may be felonious. Defendants, through their legal representatives, should be held accountable for their actions of any factual allegation where accountability is due, with any legal representative providing appropriate counsel of that accountability; a lack of personal and professional respect exists for any representative otherwise.
